General Terms of Service

The following terms of service pertain to the services operated by Oinos Experience and constitute an agreement between you and the company. If you participate in an itinerary with Oinos Experience, you thereby agree to accept the following terms of service. Your itinerary refers to all tour components (such as packages, transportation, attractions, meals, and activities) booked via Oinos Experience by you or by a third party on your behalf.

Refunds and Cancellations

Please note that if your cancellation is at least 6 days in advance of the tour date, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 2 – 5 days prior to the tour date will incur a 50% fee.

“No Shows” will be charged 70% of the quoted tour price.

Cancellation by Oinos Experience:

Oinos Experience may, in its sole discretion, cancel a tour or portion of a tour at any time, prior to departure. Other than as a result of force majeure, Oinos Experience will repay the deposit or charges for the tour.

Cancellation by guest:

If you cancel a confirmed reservation, notification from you or your travel agent must be received by telephone or by email to: [email protected]

Penalties will be calculated per person and based on the date the cancellation notice is first received.
There will be no exceptions to any of the penalties.

Children Policy

  • For children under the age of 14 years the 50% of the quoted tour price is applied.
  • For minors above the age of 14 years the 100% of the quoted tour price is applied.

All minors who participate in the tours operated by Oinos Experience must be escorted by at least one adult participant.

Alcohol Consumption

According to the national legislation, alcohol consumption is forbidden under the age of 18 years.

Pick up Time

Pick up time may vary depending on the accommodation’s location or any other’s place location that is designated by you after contacting Oinos Experience for pick up. 

Possible Alterations

Oinos Experience reserves the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of its services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, Oinos Experience agrees to provide the best alternative reasonably available. Every effort will be made to adhere to the specifics shown herein; however, the guide reserves right to adjust route for maximum visitor enjoyment and safety.

Force Majeure

Oinos Experience will not be responsible for the performance of these terms of service if prevented or delayed by unforeseeable events such as strikes or other labour relations matters, accidents, weather, traffic, lack of performance by third-party suppliers, or other causes beyond their reasonable control from meeting its terms.

Pricing of Services

Oinos Experience cannot be held responsible for any changes that may occur and reserves the right to increase the price of any travel arrangement up to the date of booking confirmation. Deposits along with final payments must be in the same currency as the booking. Changes to bookings such as alterations of services, or cancellations are charged in the same currency of the original booking, and each change is subject to the current pricing as per the date of change.
